    What is New Urbanism? 

    New Urbanism begins with urban design. With a focus on reshaping the physical features of public spaces, whole neighborhoods,  and entire cities, and the alteration of planning for the provision of municipal services to residents and visitors;  urban areas are made functional, attractive, and sustainable. New Urbanism is a planning and design movement  that promotes:  walking, biking, and transit or multi-modal transportation within five minutes of town center;  mixed-use neighborhoods or live-work spaces in close proximity to one another; and access to public spaces supporting viable community activity and interaction.

    Complete interior renovation of 2200 square feet, including chef's gourmet kitchen.  Open concept kitchen, dining, and living area  with Douglas fir ceiling and beams throughout. 

    Tri City Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation - Galt, ON

     Interior renovation of three (3) floor commercial development, approximately 7,000 square feet including hydrotherapy pool, LULA elevator and mezzanine works.
